Cecilia is a freshman at Potomac falls this year and a speaker for the So Positive Initiative. She loves helping the community and spreading positivity, this previous summer she spent her free time packing bags for backpack buddies for her church. She is all about lifting others up and helping people with their confidence. She is so excited to be working with SPI this year and can’t wait for the years to come.
